What we do
01
We purchase non-performing and sub-performing real estate loans directly from lenders and other holders.
Selected transactions02
We work with borrowers, counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve troubled loans through negotiated settlements, restructurings, and legal proceedings.
03
We manage, lease, and improve the underlying properties, with in-house teams supporting stabilization and disposition.
Property managementOur approach
Whether you need liquidity, a closing by a specific date, or a way out of a prolonged workout, we begin with your objectives and constraints.
We establish a clear diligence and closing schedule, identify what we need early, and keep you informed so you can plan around the transaction.
You deal directly with the buyer. We address credit, legal, and property issues upfront and communicate terms and conditions clearly to reduce surprises late in the process.
Our credit and real estate operating experience helps us see value in complex situations. We seek to maximize your recovery while accounting for the time, cost, and uncertainty of continuing to hold the asset.
